Adult Sessions

Our adult classes are a fun, welcoming way to build strength, flexibility, and confidence – no matter your experience level. Classes run every Friday evening 8.30-9.30pm. Sessions are £10 pay-as-you-go, payable on the door, making it easy to drop in and give it a try. After your first two weeks, participants are required to hold annual membership/insurance with British gymnastics, this costs £24 per year. Come along, challenge yourself, and enjoy gymnastics in a relaxed, supportive environment.
